Looker Studio

Introduction

Connect Aurora Intelligence to Google Looker Studio with the community connector.

The Aurora Intelligence Looker Studio Connector lets you pull your GEO tracking data directly into Google Looker Studio. Build custom reports and dashboards using your brand visibility, citation, and keyword data from AI platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, and AI Overview.

Prerequisites

  • Signed in to your Google account in the browser — Looker Studio requires an active Google session. Make sure you are logged in to Gmail or any Google service before opening the connector link.
  • Signed in to your Aurora Intelligence account — Make sure you are logged in at aurora-intelligence.tech before authorizing the connector. The connector uses your Aurora session to access your data.
  • An active Aurora Intelligence account with a paid subscription
  • At least one campaign with tracked data

Quick Start

Step 1: Open the Connector

Open the connector using this direct link:

Add Aurora Intelligence Connector

Step 2: Authorize Access

  1. Click Authorize to begin the OAuth2 authentication process.
  2. You may see a "Google hasn't verified this app" warning. This is normal for community connectors. Click Advanced, then click Go to Aurora Intelligence (unsafe).
  3. Sign in with your Aurora Intelligence email and password.
  4. Grant the requested permissions and you'll be redirected back to Looker Studio.

Step 3: Configure the Data Source

After authorization, you'll see two configuration options:

  1. Campaign — Select the campaign to pull data from. The dropdown lists all campaigns in your account.
  2. Data Type — Choose which data to load:
    • Brand Visibility — Brand mentions, citations, and visibility scores per AI model
    • Citations — Individual citation URLs, domains, positions, and classifications
    • Keywords — Keyword frequency counts extracted from AI responses

Step 4: Create a Report

Click Create Report to start building visualizations, or click Explore to preview the data first.

What Data Is Available?

The connector provides three data types, each with its own clean set of fields:

  • Brand Visibility — How often brands are mentioned and cited across AI platforms, with visibility scores
  • Citations — Detailed citation data showing which URLs and domains AI models reference, with classifications
  • Keywords — Which keywords appear most frequently in AI responses for your tracked queries

See Data Fields for the complete reference.
